2. What to include
- The email address used on the account.
- A short description of the issue.
- Any useful identifiers such as the account user ID, conversation ID, or screenshots.
- Your device platform and app version if the issue is technical.
3. Response expectations
We aim to respond to support requests as quickly as possible. Safety and billing issues are prioritized, and moderation reports submitted in the app are typically reviewed within 24 hours.

- Account access or sign-in problems.
- Credits, wallet, purchases, or provider payout questions.
- Reported content, blocked users, or moderation decisions.
